Description
Viggen RFL 0 is a hydrocarbon based lubricant for the forming of light metal sheets or strips. The formulation contains no chlorine nor sulphur and will not stain yellow metals nor sensitive aluminium alloys.
Provides good lubricity to reduce roller wear and load Prevents Galvanised build-up on rollers * Clean formulation allows over-painting without the need to de-grease * Good seal compatibility when used with our own applicator systems * Can be applied to problematic areas towards the end of the roll process as evapouration is swift * Can be applied by felt roller, brush or spray
Viggen RFL 0 is suitable for use in industrial roll-forming processes where fast and clean lubrication is required.
