Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 1-2 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy).

Buying Products

Goods displayed on this site are shown as an invitation to treat. Orders placed using an online system or via telephone to Lubrication Ltd. constitute an offer on behalf of the customer. Lubrication Limited staff will process the order taken, and if accepted, will contact (by email, telephone, or other suitable means) the customer to confirm acceptance on our behalf.

Ideally every order we ship out would be perfect in every way, however we know from from time to time either we send out a faulty or incorrect item. Because of this we have a returns policy that lets you know, in addition to your statutory rights, how to go about returning goods to us that are faulty or incorrect.

You can return any damaged or incorrect item purchased via Lubrication.net to us within seven days of receipt and get a refund or have the item exchanged. You can return items because they were damaged on arrival, or because they were sent in error. Simply return it to us at: Lubrication Limited, Lubricant Distribution Centre, Snibston Drive, Coalville Leicestershire LE67 3NQ U.K. and we'll sort out the exchange or refund. Please remember to enclose your contact details and why you are returning items to us.
